NOTICE OF PRIVACY

In compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the "Law") and its Regulations (the "Regulations") in force in Mexico, we inform you of the terms and conditions of the Personal Data Privacy Notice ("Privacy Notice") of APB, (the "Office") with address at 229 First Floor building" B "Paseo de la Sierra, Colonia Reforma, Villahermosa, Tabasco; C.P. 86080.

The Firm collects your personal data, such as: (i) name, date of birth, position within an organization, profession, occupation, professional address, home address, work address, telephone numbers, email, key of the Federal Register of Taxpayers ("RFC"), unique key of population registry (CURP), and, sometimes, notarial instruments and official documents, whether in a simple certified copy or in original, and (ii) Financial and / or patrimonial data, such as number (s) of credit card (s), all the above to the provision of professional services. The data will be referred to, as a whole, as "Personal Data", which will be stored by the Firm at the latter's address, who will act as the person in charge of the database where this information will be stored.

The documentation and information related to the Personal Data that this Office collects, will be protected with the technical, administrative and physical security measures needed to protect your Personal Data.

The Personal Data we collect is only for: (a) the provision of services by the Firm, (b) Updating, when needed, of the databases of the Firm, including your history as a client, with purely statistical purposes and to improve the service of the Firm; (c) Evaluation as a Client; (d) Provide the services and products required by the client in a timely and correct manner; (e) legal alerts, sending invitations to events and seminars, as well as for all those activities and processes that derive from the relationship between the client and the Firm, including but not limited to via email and / or telephone.

We collect and process your Personal Data in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, quality, consent, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility. These principles are established in the Law.

The information and Personal Data provided to the Firm may be transferred only to companies that are part of the same group of companies of the Firm, or to any third party with whom the Firm has contracted services for the management of the Database for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice, as well as to selected third-party service providers with whom the Firm enters into contracts for the provision of services. In no case will we will circulate, sell or rent your Personal Data to a third party without obtaining your prior consent.

The Firm has implemented administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your Personal Data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, use, access or unauthorized treatment, which also must be fulfilled by the service providers that we contract, even when its dealt by services provided by the firm's subsidiaries or affiliates.

The area responsible for the processing of Personal Data in the Office is the "Personal Data Committee" with address at Avenida Paseo de la Sierra 229, Col. Reforma, C.P. 86080, whose customer service hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with email address juridico@apb.com.mx and with the following telephone numbers: (+52) 993 315 2855 (+52) 555 280 5331.

The owners of the Personal Data may exercise the ARCO rights (access, cancellation, rectification and opposition to the treatment of your personal information) or, revoke the consent that you have given the Firm for the treatment of their Personal Data, directly sending your request via email to the address juridico@apb.com.mx. This request must contain at least: (a) name and address or other means to communicate a response to your request; (b) the documents that prove your identity or, when needed, the legal representation; (c) the clear and precise description of the Personal Data to exercise any of the ARCO rights, and (d) any other element that facilitates the location or identification of the Personal Data.

In terms of the Law and Regulations, at any time you can submit a request to exercise your ARCO rights. The Firm must answer your request within 20 days from the date we receive it. If after the term established by Law, the Firm does not respond to your request, then you can start the ARCO rights protection procedure before the Federal Institute for Access to Information and Data Protection (IFAI).

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Notice at any time. In the event that there is any change in this Privacy Notice, we will notify you by any of the following means: (i) visible advertisements in our establishments (wall newspaper); (ii) the firm's Internet page, or (iii) via email or conventional mail at the addresses provided. We will not be responsible if you do not receive notification of the change to this Privacy Notice, if there is a problem with your email account, data transmission over the Internet, or for any reason not attributable to the Firm. For your convenience, review the content of this Privacy Notice at any time by sending a request to our email account juridico@apb.com.mx.

When you provide your information to the Firm, you give your consent and authorization of the use and transfer of Personal Data in accordance with the aforementioned, and accept the terms of this Privacy Notice.

This Privacy Notice complies with the requirements established by the Law and its Regulations.
